The pickleball courts are top-notch and always full of friendly players—great for both beginners and seasoned players. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and peaceful walking paths. One of my favorite parts is catching the sunrise over Lake Tarpon—absolutely stunning and the perfect way to start the day. Whether you’re here for the activities or just to relax and enjoy the scenery, this place has it all. Highly recommend!

Leslie Glover· 2 years agoI have lived here over 20 years, and have never heard of this. As you know, the boat slips can only be given to the owners. I do not think you are excluded from anything else. I would go back to the owner on this. Overall, I have been very happy here!
Gail Stern· 7 years agoA horrible place to live. I do not recommend it to anyone wanting to have privacy in their own home. The neighbors and the HOA are nosey, rude and unrelenting. I've never had anybody peek in my windows before to see what I was doing and I had HOA members accost me in the hallway screaming like Banshees. The noise pollution is horrific. 3 days a week mowers and blowers will put you over the edge . If you want peace and quiet pick another place to live . The only reason I gave it one star is because the view of the lake was lovely.
Ember Holleran· 8 years agoHOA is stuck up and make the complex not a family oriented place. No playground for kids. Home owners also segregate the renters from all amenities. Not worth price unless retired and wanna be alone
