Thuy To· 4 months agoOur stay was 3&1/2 days and 4 nights recently, March 2026, at unit A#805. It's an oceanfront condominium with great view of Miramar Beach managed by Southern Vacation Rentals management with the following issues: *Beach access wasn't available (an oceanfront accommodation?) due to management's lack of knowledge and outdated information left in the unit. *No hot water in the kitchen. Issue couldn't be resolved. *Leaks in kitchen and bathroom which led to a flood in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. We cleaned the mess ourselves since our request for cleaning was ignored. Leak in kitchen was fixed one day before our departure, and the one in the bathroom remained a mystery. *DVD player didn't work. Dehumidifier leaked when turned on. Kitchen light above stoves burned. Reported issues were also ignored. All their upper management emails are hidden from the public, and they don't post (bad)reviews that guests submitted. They're still advertising the unit on websites such as Expedia, Booking.com,...with minimum outdated reviews.
ashley fitch· a month agoHidden Dunes is definitely a best kept secret! The beach is easy to get to, both pools are beautiful, and my kids loved the pickleball courts!
Garth Meredith· 11 months agoOur first time staying at Hidden Dunes, won't be the last. We travelled all the way from Australia and are very happy that we booked here. We stayed in condo 144 which was terrific. The grounds were very impressive and the pools crystal clear. The private beach was a great feature, we spent time on the beach as a family and made some great memories. The security staff at the gate house were awesome, such nice people and always up for a chat. Keep up the great work team!
Cora Cassibry· 3 months agoThe furniture in this hotel was sticky and there was a sewage problem with our master bathroom that smelt like death and no one did anything about it. The elevator was also broken and they only have two.

Property has Its own private beach, nice size pool with small hot tub, love the fitness center has very nice locker and changing room area with dry sauna hiscand hers.highly recommend to call Coastline Property Management asked for Tracy . Unit 1805
