Sue Tolson· 2 weeks agoI walked into Dill Dinkers in January to check it out. Lisa helped me by explaining the membership and other options to play. I became a member a couple of days later. Every time I enter, I feel so welcomed and at home. The facility is fantastic. There are plenty of courts, a few smart courts, ball machines and an amazing and helpful team. Loving the indoor play this time of year! And somehow almost every player that I have met are fun and courteous. So happy to have found this place!
THELIFEOFPRICE· a month agoBeen coming here every morning this week and the owner Lisa and the rest of the crew were very nice / welcoming / helpful from the moment I walked in. Met and played with a lot of nice people as well. Will definitely be back whenever im in town in the future 😊
Tori Cotleur· a week agoI rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience because of how disappointed I was.I've always enjoyed playing at Dill Dinkers, but my experience last night completely changed my opinion. The new open play rules seem a little dramatic but weren't the issue, the way they were enforced was. On the first night we played with the new rules in place, my partner and I were asked to leave the court in the middle of a game because we didn't realize when you win two games you’re off the court. A simple explanation after the game would have been much more appropriate. What was even more disappointing was that an off-duty employee stopped his own game to publicly yell at my friends to get off their court. He was completely wrong, and the working employee actually running open play had to step in and tell him my friends were allowed to continue playing. This guy who yelled at my friends who works there was being unnecessarily rude about the rules and micromanaging everyone’s game trying to find a reason to kick teams off. Imagine the type of guy to remind the teacher they forgot to give the class homework, that was this guy. And to stop his own game to publicly yell at my friends when HE WAS WRONG is crazy. . My group came with eleven paying guests that night, and the friends who were yelled at by this guy said they will never come back because of how they were treated. Cancelling my and my bfs membership once I use up all my sessions and not bringing my friends here anymore. I hope management addresses how new rules are communicated and, more importantly, how staff interact with paying members and guests. This experience completely overshadowed what had always been a great place to play
H Malone· 5 months agoClean courts, friendly staff, great new spot - you gotta try it out! Plenty of demo paddles to try if you're looking for a good fit. All staff I've spoken w/ so far have been knowledgeable, accommodating and joyful! Highly recommend!
Alisha Callaway· a month agoIf I could give them 10 stars I would! Love how family friendly there are! The staff is incredibly helpful, professional and welcoming. We are new to pickleball and have received so much support in our new adventure with it! Our son is even going to summer camp there and it’s all he talks about now!!
