Park courts run paddle-rack rotations with posted times. It's a talkative crowd; expect to know everyone's first name by your third visit and to be invited to breakfast afterward.
Morning session, then coffee and the antique shops on Donnelly Street. That's the Mount Dora pickleball day and it's why people drive up from Orlando for it.
Festival weekends fill the town and parking gets tight near downtown, so plan around them. Winter mornings here are genuinely cool — a jacket for the first game isn't unusual.
