If I could give Village Pickle more than 5 stars I would 😱. They are 100% one of my favorite pickle establishments that I have ever gotten the pleasure to visit (and I have been to my fair share :D). Though I wasn't completely sure how to find the building at first because I didn't expect it to be in a shopping center, as soon as I stepped through the doors, my pickle world was forever changed. I live around 30 mins to an hour from this place, but I've still found myself making the journey over to this facility time and time again for its overall amazing atmosphere, court quality, extremely outgoing and welcoming staff, and its great group of competitive players across all levels. In terms of the courts themselves, I have no complaints: they definitely take the time and the effort to keep their courts and surroundings clean, organized, and well-maintained, and the balls provided are also of a high standard as well. One of my favorite things about Village Pickle, though, is definitely the people. The workers staffed at the front desk are always super friendly, outgoing, and helpful as soon as you walk in the door (and they often begin to recognize your face after one or even a couple visits)! One of the managers/organizers, Amy, has also been so kind and accommodating towards myself and everyone she meets, and she always makes sure to carry herself cheerfully as she walks around and watches ongoing games. Shoutout to David as well, one of the amazing coaches at Village who has given me so much great advice and feedback! I've never met another coach as lovely as him both on- and off-court ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ ! The point is, if you are a pickleball player of any level - whether amateur or perhaps aspiring pro - you MUST check out Village Pickle for its people/atmosphere firstly and its competition/tournament scene secondly ;)

If you’re in the Leesburg area and considering pickleball lessons, I highly recommend David Estay at Village Pickle. I’m only giving five stars because they won’t allow me to give ten. I took two lessons with David, and the improvement in both my understanding and confidence was immediate. He has a great ability to simplify the game—focusing on a few key fundamentals that actually translate into real match play instead of overwhelming you with too much at once. What stood out most is how he teaches you to think on the court. His cues are clear, practical, and easy to remember, and I’ve already found myself using them during open play with much better consistency. “Make sense?” 😉 He also helped me transition to a two-handed backhand in a way that finally feels controlled and repeatable. And kinda awesome. David is patient, encouraging, and an excellent instructor. If you’re looking to improve your game in a way that truly sticks, he’s absolutely worth it.

Village Pickleball is an awesome place to play! The games are always fun and competitive, but the best part is the amazing community. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and makes it a great experience every time. Highly recommend!

Excellent facilities and community. Social drop ins to competitive ladders appealing to all skill levels with reasonable rates. The unlimited yearly rate suits me based on the amount of time I spend playing and hanging out with these fine folks.
