I love this park so much!! For a park in the area it’s tied for first place with lakes park. It has so many amenities: 4 baseball diamonds with batting cages, soccer fields, beach volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a tennis/racquetball complex. As someone who goes just to walk it’s a lovely little path and it’s never been too busy but also has plenty of people to people watch. There’s a playground, shaded swing set, and it’s dog friendly. A man made pond too. My only criticisms are that I wish it was more shaded and there is a stretch that runs right along the highway so it can be loud but still! Lovely. TONS of parking too so you should never be short a spot.

Large community park in Estero, Florida. The park is large and well maintained. 6 pickleball courts that start to get busy at 7:00. Summer is much slower. In the Winter, its quite busy and has levels of play. At least 6 tennis courts. 4 basketball goals. Volleyball, baseball/ softball fields are available. If you like being outdoors and being active, you will not be disappointed.

The walking trails are great, there’s plenty of shaded areas. The playground is a little dated when compared to a lot of the other parks in the area, but it’s still enjoyable for my younger kiddos. The bathrooms are good and easily accessible.

Walk around the lake, have your kids have fun at the playground or enjoy a round of tennis, beach volleyball or soccer. All accessible to the public without any fees. Lots of free parking available as well. 5 minutes to gulf coast Town center and less than 10 minutes to miromar outlets. Check it out and relax! The heavy rain in the second week of June transformed Three Oaks Park to Dozen Lakes Park, see pictures. All amenities like tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, playground, and the baseball field along with the soccer field seem in good shape. Some picnic areas are still sitting in the water though.

What a wonderful park! Most nights people are playing basketball, pickleball and sand volleyball. There is plenty of room to walk a dog or just go for a run. Many options if a group of friends wanted to go for an event. What a great place to go to! Would highly recommend!!
