Richard Undlin· 3 years ago5/16/2023: 1-2 PM - I wasn't there to play pickleball, but I have in the past and the courts are very nice. At 1:00 in the afternoon there was nobody on the courts, apparently even at 70° it's too hot for players. The play area had one mom and her little child. It was a nice place to sit in the shade and talk to a friend over coffee. Beautiful, comfortable weather today. My only complaint, to the necessary noise as the groundskeeping person ran his big ZTR mower practically four feet from us. Then he came back riding it with a backpack blower, blowing dust everywhere without regard to us being in the park. I realize that he needed to do this, but it would have been very nice if he had simply stopped for a moment, perhaps pointed out where he had already completed his work, or otherwise tried to respect the fact that people use the park while he's doing his work. Unfortunately, this is typical for groundskeepers. Lack of awareness of other people's needs.
Lisa Sabyan· 4 years agoCourts are fantastic. Most people are very nice and patient when you have littles playing with you and games take a little longer than more experienced players. We were following the rules and court etiquette (and on game point), but were rudely told we can't "be on the court all day!" By another patron who went to another group of patrons to mock us.
