Ryan Smith· 6 months agoOwa dropped the ball today. They promote the public brunch and rally open play on Facebook, on the Owa sign, and the website. Played with some people the day before and suggested they try the open play on Sunday too. When I arrived Sunday there were no employees. Members had opened up and were playing. There was a sign on the door that open play was canceled. The members indicated they were informed the day before of the cancellation - the same day there was a Facebook promotion for the event. Why was a public cancellation post not made to avoid inconvenience for those trying to support your business? I also questioned this on the post promoting the event with zero response.

The courts are clean, the staff is friendly, and I very much appreciate the cool air when it is 100+ degrees outside. I love the online reservation option. This way, I can see if courts are open for last minute play. Best part, it’s affordable to play at just $10!
Chan Lin· 10 months agoCalled and told them to cancel my membership during trial period because we didn’t like it. They refunded my membership fee for September but didn’t cancel my membership and charged me for another month in October and I didn’t find it out until a couple days ago when they sent me notification email for upcoming membership fee charge. Called in November for the refund. I believe he was the manager who said they don’t cancel/refund during FREE TRIAL period because otherwise people would play for free. (For future reference) I have to remind you that we tried the court ONCE and called to cancel the membership during the trial period which was the next day. I don’t understand if free trial period isn’t meant for people to try without obligation, what’s the point of having the term? Anyways they did refund me. But when he said for future reference people can’t cancel their membership during free trial period I really wanted to say there won’t be a next time with y’all.
