Linda Treuhaft· a year agoManagement has shown very little respect for tennis players, allowing court 4 to be turned into 4 pickleball courts, which, when in use, make it impossible for tennis players trying to play on court 3, due to the non stop noise and the balls constantly coming onto the court, disrupting play. Despite the fact that several tennis players had reported incidents with one particular player, including swearing, bullying, and telling a player that they're stupid and to shut up, and whose constant rudeness, hostility, and toxic presence has affected almost all the players' enjoyment, management has chosen to dismiss these issues and allow this person to continue their membership. I have canceled my membership due to this situation. Keep in mind that the new facility director, Karri Grassia, has only just arrived and is not responsible for any of this nor the dismissive attitude of the previous director, Lisa Warren. I will acknowledge that Ms. Warren was not allowed to make changes unless given permission by administrative officials in Clearwater. I find this incredible since these people are never at the facility and yet, literally hamstring their directors from decision-making. I am very disappointed in the John Geigle YMCA.

r rouseff· a year agoOnly use pickleball courts. The newly painted and striped pickleball courts were great and the people there were friendly and inclusive.
