Awesome service and staff. Just started PB and I’m for review of paddles and bags. Just fantastic knowledge and opportunity to demo a racket for a week. Ty owner was extremely helpful and answered questions and provided insight. Happy to support local businesses.

I really love the guys who work at this pickleball shop. The staff have an incredible attitude, are very understanding, and have great patience. They allowed me to try and demo different paddles, which helped me learn a lot and find the right fit. They also gave me a great deal. I bought a total of 3 paddles that should have cost about $500, but they reduced the price to $300 because two of them had been used as demo paddles. They still looked and felt like new, and I also bought one brand-new paddle. It was absolutely worth visiting this shop to test paddles in person. I had a great experience, learned a lot, and felt very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended! But my new paddle this picture is very special, I am glups because look at 109 like cheap paddle, but visit there again and I total forgot kind paddle, then he gave me that paddle and tested it, but I feel like cost $200.00 to $300.00 because ultra paddle! But I glance at price and marvel 109!!! I was what! Then I buy and my own!

JAX Pickleball Store was a pleasant surprise!! My husband and I hated buying paddles from big chain stores because they would feel good in the store, but not on the court. The owner, Ty Atkins, talked to us for over an hour about all of our paddle complaints, wants, and needs until we found the perfect paddles for us. We were even able to dink right there in the store! He allows you to rent paddles for a week to try them out before you purchase, which is so cool. I highly recommend stopping by for all of your pickleball needs… or a great conversation!!

As someone who plays a lot of pickleball, I absolutely love having Jax Pickleball Store in Neptune Beach. It's become my go to spot anytime I need a new paddle, shoes, gear, or just honest advice. What sets them apart is the people. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the sport. They take the time to answer questions, explain the differences between products, and help you find what works best for your game without ever making you feel pressured. I also love that they have demo paddles available and a dinking station where you can actually test equipment before buying. Being able to try different paddles side by side makes such a difference and is something you just can't get shopping online. They carry all the latest paddles, shoes, bags, grips, and accessories, and they're always up to date on what's new in the pickleball world. We're incredibly lucky to have a locally owned pickleball shop like this in Neptune Beach. Great selection, amazing customer service, and a team that truly cares about growing and supporting the pickleball community.

Absolutely an amazing experience. The owner spent a lot of time discussing products, local courts and activities, clubs, and so much more intel in the sport! He even wrote his own book and launched their own brand as well! Stop in and test out your favorite paddles before you buy! This store is a pure gem in the city!! We visited on vacation and definitely got a 10/10 experience here
