What a gorgeous resort like atmosphere in the heart of Viera. It is indeed an added gem to living in Addison. Huge pools, lap pool, splash pool for the kids, outdoor gym equipment, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, and a list of daily activities that is just outstanding. Check out their monthly calendar. There is something for everyone. This club is the reason why we moved from Suntree to Addison. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Addison Village Club has wonderful courts for both pickleball and tennis. There are numerous offerings that appeal to all ages. Lots of fun to be had by all!

The club offers a variety of activities for members and guests. It's clean and cheerful. It's modern and the staff is pleasant. I wish they would be more diligent with checking in pickleball players in the morning, the courts get crowded with non-members who do not sign in.

I truly love this community, which is why I’m hopeful to see some improvements. I do have concerns about the 3% annual increase given the ongoing maintenance issues. The TV at the Leisure Pavilion has been broken for years, and the counters are often dusty with spider webs and bugs — I’ve had to clean before and after my booked events. I reached out to the director via LinkedIn (since emails bounce back); the message was read but never acknowledged. I hope to see more transparency, responsiveness, and care put into maintaining the family-friendly environment that once made this place so special.

It’s crazy that residents are required to maintain membership for a club that is overpriced and offers very little. Dues increase every year without any increase in service even though the number of houses, and hence obligated members, also increase yearly. The pools are cold most of the year because the club refuses to add heaters even though it is the number one request from members. If there was a way to opt out of membership I would do so in a heart beat, it is not worth the $700 a year dues for something that I don’t even use. Hundreds of houses have been added, yet dues still increase???
