Janet Richards· 4 months agoBruce who first waited on me was not very helpful. He only wanted to sell me a racquet. Thank God I returned the next day and talked with Sabrina. She was a big help. She let me know about this service in which they let you try the racquets for $20 and then if you buy, the $20 is taken off the cost of the racquet which is a good deal! I eventually found what I wanted and went back to return the used rackets and buy the one I want. It just so happened that Bruce was the only one at the store. I picked out the racquet and when he went to ring me up he didnt take the $20 off for the use of the racquets. I had to ask him for it and he wasn't pleasant. He claimed to be a professional but he wasn't to me. If you go to the store dont let Bruce wait on you especially if you are a beginner amd want to try the demo racquets.
Ethan Blakely· 11 months agoI am fairly new to tennis and needed a restring for the first time. Kara had walked me through the process and was super friendly the whole time! I got my racket back the same day and it feels great. I feel like I needed to share so others can enjoy a similar experience.
