Very well managed clubhouse in Wesley Chapel! Strict entry policy to keep our residents safe. Pool and facilities are very well maintained unlike other clubhouses. No dirt leafs in pool and its water quality is top-notch. I never feel irritation in my eyes after swim. Gorgeous view with a fun slide and even a reservable cinema. Drinks from the cafe is super cheap and ultra-delicious! Houses in this area are super safe and gorgeous compared to most coastal cities in the west and east. Very kids friendly with a basketball/tennis court and a mushroom like water area😂

The Seven Oaks clubhouse boasts an impressive array of amenities that cater to various interests and preferences. The highlight for me was the sparkling pool, a perfect spot for relaxation and leisurely swims. The pool area was meticulously maintained, with ample lounge chairs and umbrellas for residents to enjoy the sun or find some shade. Additionally, the clubhouse’s soccer is great and well maintained and provided a fantastic space for friendly matches and a sense of community camaraderie. It’s evident that great care is taken to ensure the playing surface is in excellent condition, making every game enjoyable. The upgrades to the bathrooms, gym, and tennis courts deserve special mention. The bathrooms were pristine and featured modern fixtures, offering a clean and refreshing experience for users. The gym was well-equipped with state-of-the-art fitness machines and an ample variety of exercise options, making it a true haven for fitness enthusiasts. As for the tennis courts, the resurfaced courts and quality equipment made for an exceptional playing experience, enticing both beginners and experienced players to engage in lively matches.

Excellent resort style community in Wesley Chapel. The pools are kept clean. The staff in the office are very helpful and friendly. The water slide is my son’s favorite as well as the splash park. A small exercise room, decent sized snack bar / cafe, large play area, tennis courts, basketball court and beautiful club house are all well thought out and enjoyable.

Very nice water park pool and play area! Just passing through but I wanted to swim in the pools for sure. Clean and attractive facility.

Enjoyed quality time with family, the staff is friendly and welcoming, you can also purchase food, snacks and drinks. We had a great and fun time with our family. Thank you!
