ellen partal· 2 months agoWe went to see what was open and were very surprised at how beautiful it is and how much they have to offer. The inside of the rec center has pickle ball courts and a yoga room, a workout room, a meeting room, a small childcare room, an arcade with foosball and air hockey and lots of other stuff. There is someone at the front desk to help you, answer questions, and sign you up. Past the rec room is the exit to the pool area and out to the back where the playground is. It is beautiful back there with many mature oak trees and canopies over the play areas. There are squirrels running around the trees and outdoor bathrooms that are clean. The play equipment is geared to slightly older kids which is nice. There are swings, slides, standing merry go round, climbing structure and small rock wall. There are benches for sitting down around the play area. A few yards away is a couple of picnic tables by the bathroom. The closest garbage can is over by bathrooms as well. Just far away that I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my toddler to go throw something away. I took off one star because at this time the splash pad and pool are still not open and they have no date yet. Also, you have to walk all the way around the building to get to the playground because the pool area is closed.
