Sri Veluchamy· 8 years agoWe live in the neighborhood of this park and visit this during weekend. it is never crowded and is a quiet nice park. It has 6 swings, a volleyball sand court, basketball, kids slide, public restroom and adequate parking. Its maintained well and is good to spend some quiet time with family to relax. it has a pond with lot of turtles and fishes. you can watch the fishes and turtles from the shore. It has bunch of picnic tables as well and seating next to the pond .
Erick Garcia· 2 years agoThis park is where I first came to play basketball and make friends when I moved back to Florida . I spent many hours and days playing basketball here at Westbrooke park over many years and happy to see the court is still open to play basketball !🏀 Please bring back the mini hoop and just some overall maintenance to clean any graffiti and make sure the basketball court could look its best! :)
Melissa E. Stewart-Miller· 2 years agoThe kiddos love to come here to go fishing as well as being able to play on the playground so it's a good idea to pack a snack cuz we usually end up being there for several hours but there are nice picnic areas as well as restrooms. The whole park areas are kept very cleaned & maintained.
Breanna Crisafulli· 3 years agoThe ducks don't like bread 💔 Some of the wooded parts are overgrown. I think this park needs to be taken care of better. It's a cute park and location. With a good wide side walk. But it could be held to a better standard.
Elise J. Neumann-Brandt· 7 years agoI went to this pool to teach swimming lessons to one of the residents in the Westbrooke Community. This was the first time I was at this pool, and it is one of the nicest neighborhood/community pools I have been to (and teaching swimming lessons I go to many area neighborhood/community pools). The pool itself is quite large, with varying depths ranging from approx 3.5 to 6+ ft with several steps entrances to ease swimmers in and out of the pool. But wjat I think is most impressive about this pool is the deck area. This is the only pool/deck area that I have encountered that has several different options for sun exposure. There is plenty of deck space with full sun exposure, but they also have plenty of spaces that are covered. They have complete coverage near the common area building that houses the bathrooms (with several picnic tables), there is another area that has canopy coverings, and then a cabana type area that also has shade from the trees. There is ample seating in all areas with several tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. The entire pool area was extremely clean and well maintained (especially for a holiday weekend!). And the other residents that I encountered while there were extremely friendly. If you live inn the Westbrooke Community, you should be very proud of this amenity and if you haven't yet, take advantage of it!

West Melbourne has a strong beginner-to-intermediate pickleball scene, and Westbrooke Park is one of the popular local spots. Show up during open play, tell someone you're new, and you'll almost always get pulled into a friendly game.
