Loved working at the Sundial Resort for a wedding this past Saturday, and it was such a wonderful experience. As my couple’s wedding planner, I truly appreciated how collaborative, responsive, and supportive the team was throughout the entire process. They helped bring the couple’s vision together beautifully, and everything flowed seamlessly on the wedding day. The space itself is stunning, and the care behind every detail really showed. A special thank you to Amber—she was an absolute joy to work with. Kind, organized, and genuinely invested, she made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. I would happily recommend this venue to both couples and fellow planners!

Our stay at Sundial Resort & Spa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with hospitality and genuine kindness. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed and comfortable. The dining options were outstanding! We ate lunch and dinner there and everything was delicious. The resort grounds were stunning. Well maintained, gorgeous views and plenty of activities. This is a true 5 star resort and we are already planning our next stay again!

We stayed for memorial day weekend and we loved every bit of it. On the check in day we received a text and it became an open text throughout our stay for any questions we had. It came in very handy and we felt very connected with the resort. Umbrella and chairs at the beach. The rooms were immaculate and up to date in decor. Was not over crowded for a holiday weekend. I would definitely come back in the future.

Rooms were just okay. We never got a light bulb for the lamp in our second bedroom. The same bedroom had no other lights in it. So they had to resort to using a small table lamp. One of the beds also had a huge dip in the middle. There’s no phone in the room. No internet passwords provided and horrible service in the buildings. Customer service was horrible. We asked two separate days about late check out and were told three different things within those times. First we could just pay $75 and we were good. Then we had to wait until 7 am the day of. Then we have to pay half the rate to have a late check out and can’t ask until 8 am. At this point, no thanks. I’m not planning my day around maybe’s, the wrong information and lack of knowing what to do and how to handle this situation by staff. I highly recommend checking out any other stays on the island if you want staff that will know how to run the hotel and provide simple things like lights.

It’s was very relaxing and beautiful. Quiet and everything you need is close or on the resort. Reason I gave it 4 stars is because our room was a bit of a walk from the check-in front desk and I was with my mother in law who is pretty old and I can’t do much walking because of a bad knee. If there was help or a cart to get from one place to another that would be amazing not always drive our rental car.
