Janet Jackson· 5 months agoBeautiful courts and a great facility, but the way play is managed really hurts the experience — especially when you’re paying by the hour. The employee who is supposed to be running the games often plays instead of managing the court, which causes delays and cuts into the time we’re paying for. There’s also no paddle stacking system (winners in one pile, losers in another), which is the standard way to rotate players fairly and efficiently. Instead, the employee decides who plays next, which leads to confusion, uneven rotations, and people sitting while others keep playing. If they used a simple paddle rack system and had staff focused on organizing play instead of playing, this place would be excellent. Right now, the courts are great — but the management of time and fairness needs improvement.”
Chelsea Hutchison· 5 months agoI love this community center!! They provide classes for the community that you can attend. They also have family friendly festivals that my toddler loves going to!! The local vendors and free family friendly activities that they provide for the community are awesome!!
