Allan Dillon· 7 months agoMy wife and I have been satisfied customers as long as this store has been open and have bought all of our shoes along with many apparel items and accessories. Recently, my wife purchased a pair of top-of-the-line tennis shoes that were not sized correctly and had a very stiff sole causing considerable pain. The owner not only refused to take them back and provide a refund but did not offer any other assistance. We eventually received a credit from the manufacturer, no thanks to Tennis Frenzy. My wife selected another pair of shoes at Fleet Feet. They provide expert fittings and have a 30-day return policy. Beware of Tennis Frenzy Plus Two's return policy and poor customer service - this time it cost them two customers.

Don't let the small storefront fool you; there is a LARGE SELECTION of QUALITY equipment, footwear, and apparel! We previously purchased footwear here and a pickleball paddle. Today we upgraded PICKLEBALL paddles and came away VERY HAPPY! THE BEST!!!!!
