The parking is sufficient although if you have a handicap issue the walk is extremely far from the facility and there is no drop off which made arriving extremely difficult and exhausting. Don't know who is responsible for the outside accomodations the city or the county but they could have made it more accessible. There is construction on going but a drop off could have been opened to made it easier and roads were blocked off as well with signs banning drop off or parking. City of county should have done better. Disappointing. The facility is spacious and we'll lit and very nice.

We have been here for various sporting events. Overall, it is very spacious, but seating can be a challenge when they are packed. The staff are courteous and we always have a pleasant experience here.

The facilities are impeccable, with a modern and well-thought-out design. The sports courts are in excellent condition, clearly built to provide a top-level experience for both players and spectators. The center also offers food concessions, which is super convenient during events or tournaments, and the parking is completely free — a big plus. Without a doubt, this is a top-tier addition to the Gainesville and Alachua community. Highly recommended!

I attended an indoor track meet on January 18th, 2026. There were signs placed all around the bleachers and down the rows stating that these were for "spectators only and that no team bags were allowed". However, when I sat down in an empty seat a fellow spectator approached me and told me that these many rows of bleachers were reserved for "their team", despite the posted signage indicating otherwise and no one was sitting there. When I asked if they had specifically paid to reserve these seats, she did not show any proof. I noticed separate areas clearly designated for teams and coaches elsewhere in the facility, which made the situation even more confusing. When trying to find other places to sit in these supposedly “spectator only” areas I noticed many team bags containing things such as spikes placed to reserve spots, leaving me with absolutely no place to sit. I am concerned that: The spectator seating rules were not enforced consistently with the posted meet information and that individuals may have been claiming reservation rights that were not supported by the official policy. This resulted in, what I noticed, many spectators having nowhere to sit. This made it an uncomfortable environment to watch races, especially considering how long the different events and heats last.
