I booked my daughter’s graduation party in December for a Saturday in May. At the time of booking, Ryan reserved the spot for me and explained that any paperwork would be completed on the day of the party. Throughout the following months, I called multiple times to confirm that my reservation was still secure and to ask if there was anything else I needed to provide. Every time I called, I was reassured by both Ryan and Jen that everything was set and that no further action was required on my end. Five days before my daughter’s graduation party, I was informed that my reserved date had been given away because I had not submitted paperwork or a deposit. This was extremely frustrating because I had repeatedly contacted the office for updates and was never told that additional steps were required. Had someone communicated the proper process to me, this situation could have easily been avoided. What made the experience even worse was Ryan’s response when I tried to get answers. He became upset, raised his voice, shrugged his shoulders, and claimed he didn’t know who gave away my reservation. There was no accountability, concern, or effort to help resolve the issue. The only alternative offered was to move the party to Sunday, which created major problems since all of my invitations had already been sent for Saturday. As a result, many of my guests were unable to attend due to the last-minute change. Throughout my interactions with the office, Ryan often appeared uninterested and unprofessional. On the day of the rescheduled party, he offered no assistance, gathered his belongings, announced he was leaving for the evening, and walked out. This was my first experience hosting a party at this venue, and it will definitely be my last. The lack of communication, organization, professionalism, and customer service was extremely disappointing. If you plan on booking a party here, make sure you get everything in writing and verify every detail yourself, because it seems that not everyone in the office is on the same page.

The person they have driving around Meadowpointe looking for “violations” is disgustingly rude. It’s truly crazy that they have someone like that employed to conduct tasks that will put him in contact with the public. If they choose to keep him around, they should train him on being tactful, respectful and professional when dealing with the residents of Meadowpointe. Whether they’re renters or owners shouldn’t make a difference.
