James F. Holland Memorial Park is a huge and fantastic park, especially for families with kids. The sheer number of activities available makes it stand out as one of the best parks in the area for children of all ages. There’s so much to do here that kids can easily spend hours playing without getting bored. From splash pads to cool off on warmer days, to a zip line, slides, swings, and multiple play structures—you name it, it’s probably there. The park is thoughtfully laid out and feels very spacious, which helps even when it’s busy. There are lots and lots of kids playing with happy, energetic vibes all around, and the atmosphere feels lively, safe, and family-friendly. It’s great to see children running around, laughing, and enjoying the outdoors rather than being stuck indoors. There are also plenty of picnic spots throughout the park, making it an excellent place for family outings, birthday celebrations, or just a relaxed afternoon with food and friends. The open areas allow parents to sit comfortably while keeping an eye on their kids. The variety of play equipment also means the park caters to different age groups, from toddlers to older kids. Overall, this park is a must-visit spot for families with children. Whether you’re looking for active play, water fun, or a simple picnic day outdoors, James F. Holland Memorial Park delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended for kiddos and parents alike, and definitely a place you’ll want to return to again and again.

Amazing park it's a perfect place for any kid's birthday paradise for no cost! This is a major 💎 of a find! Highly recommend! Very clean! I almost don't want to do a review because I don't want to turn everyone to this amazing place to visit!

We absolutely love this park — especially the amazing splash pad, which is hands-down one of the best we’ve seen! It’s spacious, super fun, and perfect for cooling off on hot Florida days. The entire park is beautifully maintained and very clean, from the bathrooms to the playground equipment. There’s such a great variety of things to do — multiple play structures, water play, shaded picnic areas, and even a dog park. My toddler is completely obsessed with the splash pad and could spend hours there. It’s become our go-to spot for family outings! Highly recommend for anyone with kids or just looking for a fun, relaxing place to enjoy the outdoors.

Visited on vacation to give our grandsons ages 8 and 11 a place to wear themselves out after the drive to Palm Coast. Very popular park, lots of parking but you may have to walk to enter the amazing playground. They have everything a child would love to have at a playground. There is a (cardboard) surf hill, zip-line, slides, swings, jungle-gym tree house, and climbing contraptions everywhere. There are two splash pads, one for toddlers and a much larger one for the older kids with a spray tunnel in-between. My wife and I wished they had a place like this when we were kids.

My kids love this park. It's normally pretty busy throughout the week. Over the weekends it fills up fast so I'd recommend getting there early if you're wanting a spot under shade & at a table. There is so much to do here so the crowds don't interfere with the kids having fun! Love that the entire park is fenced in as well. Parking isn't too much of a problem as there are spots all around the perimeter.
