J Ramos· 4 months agoThis is a nice park overall, but the playground definitely needs to be remodeled as soon as possible. One entire section is just poles with nothing for kids to use, and the other section that’s still playable is pretty worn down. There are wooden boards put up instead of properly fixing parts of it, and the ladder leading into the playground is missing the very first step, which feels unsafe. While we were there, a baseball game was going on, which was really nice to see. My 2 year old daughter enjoyed a long walk on the walking path. There’s plenty to do here, and I saw lots of families staying active. Even though some areas could definitely use updates and repairs, my daughter still had a great time and the park gets the job done. The park offers a playground, baseball fields, picnic benches, a skating area, dog park, soccer field, and tennis courts.
Nour Sabbagh· 2 months agoHoliday Park in Fort Lauderdale is one of those spots you can go to for anything and always have a good time. Super spacious, clean, and well maintained. Whether you’re trying to get a workout in, play sports, walk your dog, or just chill outside, it covers everything. The soccer fields and basketball courts are always active, and there’s a good energy around the whole park. It’s also great for content if you’re into that, a lot of open space and nice natural light. Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out, and it feels safe even when it’s busy. You’ll see families, athletes, and people just enjoying the day all in one place. Simple, but done right. Definitely one of my go to parks in the area.
ryan· 4 months agoThis park is a joke. I came here with a car full of antsy children to find a playground that looked like this. Come to find out it has likely been in this condition for years, which I suppose if I had read deeper into reviews I would have maybe been able to figure this out. Nevertheless, the fact that the city lets this playground sit like this for as long as it has is extremely disappointing.
Enenen Kokoko· 8 months agoI love the park but it’s FULL of homeless people. It doesn’t feel safe especially when it gets darker. They occupy all the rest spots. There is even a guy who “reserves” the tables every day with his leg lol.
Cory· a month agoTruly a great park with many many diiffernt things to do from simple picnicing to ice skating and volleyball. Fun for the whole family. There's even events late night! 😂🚗👌🏻

Fort Lauderdale has a strong beginner-to-intermediate pickleball scene, and Holiday Park is one of the popular local spots. Show up during open play, tell someone you're new, and you'll almost always get pulled into a friendly game.
