Super nice courts. Been to alot of courts in central florida and i can honestly say this one of the nicest places i played at. No cracks, very clean, good shade , and lighting at night

Downey has one of the best setups for a Pickleball park. 8 courts, each surrounded with a fence and well spaced. Rarely do balls from others games come into your court and interrupt your game. The facility is fairly new maybe a year or so old.

Fantastic pickleball courts with plenty of parking and open play. Good waiting area with seating underneath a shade for hot days. Could be long wait time during weekdays after work, but friendly folks and good competition.

Fresh new pickleball court for the public. Very packed on Sunday mornings. Queuing system in place. Has water fountain and water bottle filler.
