Every time I am able to use Online registration it stops working again. Called last month and asked for IT help so I may register. Called again today 8/24/2022 and was told it would be re-set. I tried online but still couldn't login. I called back and spoke to Aaron again and got an attitude because he said he already gave me the phone number to the Senior Center Coordinator who would have to be the one to register me for a certain senior trip. He was reluctant to give me his name when I asked ... there was a long pause (silence) before he told me then gave me an attitude. He tried to gaslight me by telling me what he (already) told me in previous conversation which is basically that he cannot register me but M Smith over at senior center can. I think I may go to Parks Rec in person and try to talk to somebody else in hopes of resolving this. The trip I am trying to take is listed online so we're my online account working I should be able to sign up online. I think he is wrong about Sartory being only ones able to sign me up (register me) which reason he gave was "it is a bus ride" trip.
