They have a nice variety: Dance cardio, toning 💪🏻, yoga + Yoga-Pilates Fusion 🧘🏻♀️ Yael’s high energy Zumba class had me addicted right from the start. Come try it out and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. If I miss a week of Zumba I literally don’t feel right.🤣 🪩 💃🏻 Flora’s Tone Up class always leaves me feeling stronger and accomplished. It’s a great way to kickstart my morning. Stronger & more empowered to take on the day. 💪🏻 💕
Joanne Cashetto· 4 months agoGreat place to get in shape with competent instructors, fun selection of classes and best of all are the friendly and happy people that attend the classes. You feel like family. Zumba is one of the classes and is a great way to exercise without feeling you are working out. Yael brings her energy and music, you just move and have so much fun the time flies. The space is modern and new with ample parking.
