We have been house shopping in Nocatee, FL so booked a tour at their Welcome Center. Rob gave us a great tour and followed up with an email. We signed on the dotted line and are moving there next month!

My son was treated with utmost disrespect, lady asked him "do you even live here" ? Is this how we support our community. Despicable. She knows who she is as the lady who was very respectful, to her right witnessed it

Live.Laugh.HOA violation Stopped by the Nocatee Welcome Center. Got a brochure, a branded koozie, and a $50 fine for ‘parking without coastal gratitude.’ (Whatever that is supposed to mean) I don’t even live there. I won’t be coming back here, not because I didn’t like it, I just can’t afford the HOA fines.

Continued to train new employee while I waited with my newborn in tow. Missing documentation on their end from my lease. Office hours are NOT updated on their website or on Google search, couldn’t even make an appointment if I wanted to. They don’t answer the phone
