The Unknown· 7 months agoTerrible service and ripoff. I ordered 3 elongated paddles and they sent me one. I’ve sent numerous emails and called with no response for the past week. These ppl and company are ripoffs and swindlers. I paid approximately 575 for three paddles and tape and only received ONE paddle.

I have had similar warranty issues with the larger brands, and they turn their back on you. Cannot recommend there LOCO enough! FINALLY, a pickleball company that is a pleasure to deal with and stands behind their product!
