Cassandra Balistreri· a month agoI really enjoyed my afternoon at the park; the grounds are incredibly well-kept and there is so much to do, from the water park to the shaded picnic spots. The staff at the entrance was super welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt very safe and family-oriented. One small thing is that the internal signage can be a little confusing when you're trying to find specific shelters, so it would be nice if they added a few more directional markers. It’s such a massive, beautiful space for a BBQ, though I’d definitely recommend arriving early on the weekends to snag the best parking spot before it gets crowded.
Robin Hood· 7 months agoI like CB Smith for their campground. It is well maintained and easy to navigate with a large camper. They have many pull thru sites and easy to back in sites. There are a few shaded spots to choose from. If you plan to come in the summer months, getting a camp site will not be hard however if you plan on visiting Nov - April you need to book many months in advance. We camp 180 days at a time and book a year out to be able to get a shaded spot. Laundry facilities available Pets allowed on leash Fishing allowed in the ponds This is a friendly park!
Gabrielle Hayles· 3 weeks agoYou have the women’s bathroom completely closed off and with hundreds of people here, maybe even over one thousand people especially children are waiting 20+ minutes to use the restroom. My son could not hold it and the whole time the men are waiting on one young woman who is brushing her hair in the mirror while my 5 year old son had to wait and had I not been forceful would have peed his pants. This is a water park ideally for children and the amount of money you people are taking in you need to do bettter and have the bathroom accessible. We will not be returning, and your worker/staff the Hispanic guy was absolutely rude and told me to take my son and walk half a block to the next building. Absolutely not. I am a paying customer and that is not how you treat a child. I will never recommend this water park and we will never be returning again. My first time ever coming and I’m beyond disgusted with this place.
Darren Anselmo· 4 months agoHad an amazing time at the park. It was really easy to find, easy to get into and no charge being. I went on the weekday. Had a great time. It was amazing. They even have a waterpark for the kids.
Antonio Miro· 3 months agoGreat for kids and family gatherings as well as birthdays. The Water Works Water Park is very fun and provides an array of seasonal activities for the whole family. Only sucks when there is the least bit minimal sign of possible rainfall and /or lightning because they will shut it all down and have all the paid guests stand by until either the rain, storm, clouds, thunder, or lightning pass or seize. If they feel it may persist, they will close the park and provide you with a credit to use for another day. This is very common and has happened to me on several occasions where I had to leave with my children dissapointed over a measly cloud, only to find out later once we had already packed up and left, that they reopened the park and rides. I guess it all depends on how you want to assess this being that they are applying strict safety rules and procedures.
