Let's talk about the walking trails just North of the Highland Complex. There are several walking trails lined with shell and asphalt. The asphalt trails circle the lake where you can find lots of waterfowl such as rosette spoonbill, mallard ducks , swamp hens and even turtles!! 75% shade depending on the time of day.

I have been a member for over 3 years and I love it here! Staff is so friendly and helpful. This place has so many programs for beginners and those at the advanced level . Everything from the bathrooms to the weight room, inside track, classrooms and gym are very clean. It also has an outdoor walking track around a lake, outdoor fitness equipment, outdoor basketball courts and a pool. The membership fees are also incredible low.

Great family recreation center with playworld area for kids that my daughter loves which is located inside for those upcoming hot summer days. They also have an outdoor play area that is very cool and unique in design. You could say its out of this world 🌎. They have an awesome pool area that is expected to open around mother's day again and the membership which is very affordable makes all of the paid activities a discounted rate. Enjoy 😉

Five stars for this facility and even more for FOREVER FIT. I LOVE this class. As difficult as it was the first time I tried the class, I stuck with it, have shown tremendous improvement and went from taking it once a week to twice a week. The instructor, Lynne is knowledgeable, fun, relentless in what she has us do, interesting, and well worth all the pain I have inflicted on my body trying to keep up with her. 🙄😂. The variety of exercises we do every day, and the upbeat, peppy, motivational music she plays, make the almost 1 hour class speed by. I am a snowbird, but I am very much looking forward to coming back to the class next year.
