Curtiss Mahoney· 5 months agoAffordable access to a complete gym, basketball court, and pool. Bathrooms and facility is kept very clean. Most of the people there seem friendly. The staff always seems to have a positive energy and always smiling. It’s a very welcoming and fun place to go.
Ang B· 6 months agoThere are always several employees on 1st floor near entry (or adjacent offices), but I literally never see an employee upstairs, where the main exercise area is. This, unfortunately, means no rules are enforced (at least never when I am there- and the days and hours I go vary). So guys/gals in the free weight area throw the big, large weights on the ground (which is especially fun if you are in one of the group classes that are directly below) (never have understood lifting weights so heavy you seem unable to place them down without dropping them loudly to the floor). Very rare to see patrons wiping equipment after use (they do provide a squirt bottle of some unknown solution and "rags"). There are more than enough employees clustered in the downstairs entry area for someone to circulate maybe each hour. But it might as well be unmanned, as I have never heard nor seen anyone walking around or reminding anyone to follow the rules. My last visit, I poked my head in the glass wall offices to ask to speak to a manager. A very unfriendly young woman, seated at the first desk, said "what do you need?" I explained about the large group of men upstairs repeatedly dropping heavy weights on the floor (Gold's Gym style), as well as not seeing anyone, patron nor employee, wiping down equipment during this season of flu and viruses. No smile. just the response "we will look into that." As I turned to leave I saw her smirk over her shoulder at the two other employees sitting at desks. Just not sure it is worth it anymore. Management is seriously lacking.
Tisha F· 2 years agoThis fitness center is perfect for catering to everyone's individual needs. The workout equipment is excellently maintained and offers a wide range of different workout equipment including treadmills, step climbers, dumbbells, weight benches, and much more. Furthermore, this specific gym provides various amenities like a sauna, steam room, work tables, Wi-Fi, and a basketball court that can be utilized for playing volleyball or racket ball. Additionally, they offer complimentary coffee and have conveniently placed water fountains throughout the facility. Personal training sessions, fitness classes, Yoga, massages, and swimming lessons are also available! In my personal view, the greatest feature is the availability of childcare at the gym. When selecting a gym, one of the key considerations for my partner and I was that it not only had to provide childcare, but it also had to prioritize safety and ensure a secure environment for our children. The level of security provided for childcare at this gym is outstanding! They have numerous lockers, showers, and even a small area equipped with mirrors and electrical outlets (for hair dryers, hair straighteners, etc.) as well as a counter for applying makeup, allowing you to prepare for the day's activities. Furthermore, they have two swimming pools with lifeguards. A few minor down sides would be the limited access to the slide in the pool, as it may be unavailable for various reasons even during designated times. Additionally, the size of the sauna and steam rooms are small considering the number of members who use them. Despite the presence of a few insignificant drawbacks, the numerous advantages overshadow them, making them seem negligible in comparison. Overall, I highly recommend this gym!

Ethan Hunt· 6 months agoLarge, modern, friendly facility in the heart of downtown. My wife and I have frequented for a year now, we have enjoyed all of the amenities as well as classes. It is typically not very crowded, and has lots of space to offer. I would like to add that the staff and culture is very friendly. I notably enjoy the state of the art equipment and machines, good place.
