Hans Schmiedeberg· 4 years agoMy parents bought a double wide coach in 1981 and my mother stayed there until 2006. Those were the really good years at Palm Hill before certain parties wanted to buy the property from the Taylor family. That resulted in many people leaving and at one point, coaches were listed at $ 100 plus the price of the share. It's nice to see that the park is flourishing once again, but now the maintenance, share and the price of a coach will make some people pause and think before signing on the dotted line.
