I really enjoy the pool but cannot use it during the winter. It always looks and feel clean, but I am unsure that the heater is turned on warm enough, especially during the cooler months. I really miss doing water aerobics during the winter and fall. I enjoy the saunas and appreciate that they have been upgrading the gym area.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your facility. During my visit, I encountered several issues that I found unprofessional and unwelcoming. First, I noticed that the sauna light was out. When I brought this to a staff member's attention, she laughed and stated she was unaware there was even a light in the sauna. This response was dismissive and makes me concerned about what other maintenance issues are being overlooked. Additionally, the tour provided was inadequate. Despite mentioning I had never been to the facility before, the staff member showed me the Kids Zone but refused to walk in with me, claiming she was "hiding from her son." Once inside, the staff in the Kids Zone did not introduce themselves or ask for my child's name, which made for an uncomfortable environment. Due to this lack of professionalism, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your service for future members

They definitely provide a service for the community, just very limited for many people, especially Silver Sneakers members, who have so many better options than here. More expensive than some commercial gyms, and with fewer amenities.

I stopped in during bike week for a work out class in the evening. I walked into a Les Mills Body Combat class, and I believe the guy leading it was Matt. He was FANTASTIC !!! The best Les Mills instructor I have ever had, he was definitely in his element and although I had to leave early and didn't get to thank him, I had a wonderful experience. I didn't use the locker rooms so I can't say about those, but the class with Matt was A+++++
