The Club at Maple Ridge is a wonderful clubhouse within Ave Maria. The facilities are very well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The pool is especially nice—spacious, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the Florida weather. It’s a great place to unwind, socialize, or spend time with family. You can really tell pride is taken in keeping this club in excellent condition. Definitely one of the highlights of the community.

The team at The Club at Maple Ridge was incredibly kind, supportive, and professional in helping us with the reception held after the funeral Mass of my son, Camilo. Their collaboration and attention to detail made a very difficult day feel warm, organized, and well cared for. A special thank you to Sandy Martinez, who was absolutely wonderful—compassionate, attentive, and truly exceptional. We are deeply grateful to the entire club staff for their kindness and support during such a meaningful moment.

Luxury, comfortable and beautiful club house it had everything that you need gym, media room, billiard room, lofs playroom anf more, the pool is huge and gorgeous

Nice club house, fitness room gets crowded it's creepy how maple ridge HOA will not handle your grass if you live in the reserve. Not fair and is wrong however all other maple ridge residents get free grass maintenance while reserve pays to get their own. Miami management is unprofessional and violates you over petty nonsense it's time all of maple ridge vote the HOA out based on the new Florida law coming too allow the people to eliminate these greedy HOAs that charge the members frivolous fees while the people are the ones who pay them. By eliminating the HOAs we will pay less and have more freedoms away from these clowns.

I went to the open house a few weeks ago and it's a very nice space. The only thing I wasn't impressed by was the orientation of the space. It's a tad bit awkward. The main lobby is a weird shape and there are a few rooms that don't really have a designated purpose so I'm assuming they are designed to sit and relax with friends. I don't like the kitchen area. It's not a bad space for a small informal gathering with friends. Hosting an event in the kitchen such a graduation party, baby shower, etc. won't be easy. The tables aren't event/party friendly they are square cafe tables and there aren't very many from what I saw from the open house. Residents still have to pay to use the space for an event. Considering the fact that residents are already paying HOA fees which probably went towards the clubhouse anyway they should've allowed the residents to use the space at a much lower rate or at a complimentary rate. I am not surprised that it isn't this way because after all its Ave Maria. Overall, it's a great space for residents to relax, work out, sweat it out in the sauna, participate in an aerobics class or go for a dip in the pool. However, the space is not very party friendly.
