Sarah Martin· a year agoMy dog and I have been coming to the dog park here since he was a puppy. We love the park, and how quiet it usually is. There is a great group of regulars that have really great, friendly, relaxed dogs. People seem to enjoy the tennis and pickle ball courts a great deal. The park is mostly clean, and the staff at the veteran’s memorial complex are friendly, even bringing their dogs to play occasionally. The only negatives are that there are a few folks who don’t clean up after their dogs, and there are a couple folks that don’t understand that aggressive, rough and dangerous behavior are grounds for immediate removal from the park, per the posted park rules. Bringing your dog to a dog park, off leash or not, is not an invitation for other people to allow their animals to exhibit that behavior toward your dog.
aurora moore· a year agoFirst visit today. Not a great experience. The park itself is a little small and tucked away. There's no walkway to the entrance, and you can barely see it from the parking lot. There are poop bags, but it's in the space between areas so get them before you go in. The one dog owner I encountered there had 2 dogs, and had tied the entrance shut with a leash. I couldn't enter what seemed to be the larger area at all. Her dogs seemed a little aggressive and she didn't pick up after them. It is shady and peaceful, but I probably won't return.
Collin S.· a year agoA lot of hot young college bodies to look at while you wait too long in between games. If they converted the tennis to pickleball it would be bearable. However if you're looking for more of a fun, social experience you might enjoy. Collin signing out of FL, back to VA - out. Rec center next door if open can be used for bathroom, also a little dog park next door.
Buy Bitcoin· 10 months ago6 great Pickleball courts and 2 Tennis. One of the best places to play pickleball in all of Brevard. Why? Free! Lights until 915 PM. Restrooms. Good crowd.
Simone· a year agoThird time playing pickleball - played singles at Bryant Adams Park - free court no one waiting. First come first serve..... then the ugly chatter started West Melbourne.... what can you say...... 🤔 try approaching and asking if we would like to join in with doubles, instead of talking loudly about us. West Melbourne always bring the atmosphere!!!! Beautiful partial shaded courts.
