"I love the place, been going there for years but I was passing by and decided to play badminton today, came without birdies or a racket and they normally have birdies but coach Kevin was hogging all of them and refused to give us a single one when we asked. The front desk lady was very nice and tried to help us but coach Kevin refused to listen and told us to buy our own and we tried at the front desk and they didn’t even have any available. So the court is basically only available if you book a session with or he’s just rude and very hard to work with." Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed coming here over the years. We do want to clarify a small misunderstanding. The birdies used by coaches during training sessions are part of their equipment for paid lessons and tournaments, and unfortunately, we’re not able to give those out for general play. We understand this was frustrating, especially since the front desk had run out of birdies at the time — that’s on us and we’re working to prevent that situation in the future. Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you’ve been coming for years, which is why we were surprised by the misunderstanding described. Birdies used during coaching sessions are professional training equipment, not communal supplies. Showing up without equipment and expecting access to coaching materials isn’t how the facility operates, just as most workplaces don’t lend out the tools people use to do their jobs. We do encourage all players to bring their own birdies. Unfortunately the front desk had sold out at that moment, which we’ll address on our end. That said, the courts are absolutely available for general play — they simply require players to come prepared. We appreciate your feedback and hope future visits go more smoothly.

Im from ontario canada and we dont have that many options for nice indoor courts like these so it was such a treat to be able to play here! So many courts, reasonable drop in prices, good level of play for the days we dropped in. Id say there is a healthy mix of 3.0-4.0 lvl players. Definitely wish we had this set up in toronto.

I recently worked with Coach Aaron Phu at Orlando Racket Sports to take my pickleball game to an advanced level, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very first session, Aaron knew exactly which areas we needed to focus on — no wasted time, no fluff, just smart, targeted coaching that made an immediate difference. He has a great balance of expertise and humor — the kind of coach who’ll make you laugh while you’re fixing your form. His feedback is clear, on point, and delivered in a way that keeps you motivated (even when he’s telling you that your “winner” shot needs a little more… winning). If you’re serious about improving your game while actually enjoying the process, I can’t recommend Coach Aaron enough. You’ll walk off the court with sharper skills and renewed confidence.

Good place to play badminton with friends and meeting new peeps, but theres an older man on the darker shade side named Lee who is very rude and does not work there but acts like he own the place and tells people who to play with who. When coming to ask him a simple question, he turned defensive and when tried to correct him to be nicer, he asked if I’m turned on by his answers(keep in mind this is an old guy in the 60-70s). As someone who comes alone sometimes to play, apparently you have to be in a “group” to play with people and if you don’t know anyone, you don’t play by his answer. Also there’s a racket system that you put up to know who's going next but the Lee guy says that they don’t follow it there and whoever he says go next goes. Anyways as soon as he left, the atmosphere improved 100x and not intense anymore.
