First of all, the location is perfect — it’s close to the mall and several restaurants, which makes it so convenient for friends and families to grab food or hang out after playing. It’s definitely a go-to spot for a full day out. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions about membership perks, court rentals, and open play schedules. Everything was explained clearly, and you can tell they genuinely want players to feel welcome. We loved playing on grand opening day! They do a great job catering to all different skill levels, especially during scheduled open play, so everyone feels comfortable and competitive at the same time. The crowd was fantastic — very inclusive and friendly, which made the experience even better. The facility itself is thoughtfully designed. The lighting is excellent — bright enough to see everything clearly but not harsh or blinding. The color scheme is perfect and doesn’t confuse or strain your eyes while playing, which makes a huge difference during long games. There are plenty of chairs and tables for those waiting between matches, and having a shower in the back is a big plus. They also offer drinks for purchase, paddles and Titan rentals, and coaching for players who want to improve or are just getting started. This is such a great addition to the Ocala community. I’ve already recommended it to friends who want to learn how to play. I can’t wait to see more events hosted here. Highly recommend checking it out!
