I worked with a wonderful individual at the front desk who helped us through signing my daughter up for camp. She was absolutely amazing, answered all our questions, and was just a pleasure to work with. All that was just overshaddowed by an imensely rude individual I just spoke to on the phone, Britt. I called to inquire about where the extended care location was for drop off as the paperwork we received does not have an address but just States "old fire station." Not being from the area, I asked where that was and was met with a nasty response of, "it's literally the old fire station." When I explained that I didn't know where that was as we aren't from the area, she provided me lackluster "directions" (basically gave me 2 street names) and said "by the pool" (which, again not being from the area, we have no clue where that is). Then she responded with, "well, your receipt has the address" to which I proceeded to read her exactly what the receipt had listed for the address (no street address provided) and she began falling over me sarcastically saying "thank you for reading that to me. Thank you for reading that to me." This is the person who is answering phones at the COMMUNITY CENTER! Someone who is supposed to build and foster those that use the services and need assistance. I get that everyone has a bad day, but being downright rude to someone who just needs simple assistance to utilize services which were already paid for is unacceptable.

This a great facility, I've mainly used it over the years for the kids summer camps and such. The staff is always great. They love the kids and always remember them.

The suicide survival grief support group we go to to is wonderful. Very helpful and free of charge. We meet once a month on the third Wednesday.
