Great place for kids to have fun, year round.

My niece and nephew started swimming lessons this morning. I was very impressed by the way the children were grouped and the ratio of kids to instructors. It's a beautiful park, clean and well maintained. The kids had a great time and learned a lot.

There is not near enough seating! The pool was clean. The lifeguards made everyone leave abruptly over an hour early and said it was bc of a lightning alert or something. They said they open back up at 3:30 but they close at 4. There was not a dark cloud in the sky. No thunder or lightning. Nice hot sunny day. It was kind of messed up and I felt bad for the kids. My 4 year old was pretty upset :( there was no warning or anything. I'm not sure what the deal was but it wasn't cool.
