Enclosed area which is a huge plus although clearly adults without children will sit in there eating. Haven't been to the bathroom yet but have seen cleaning staff maintaining every visit. Been going once a week since splash pad park wasn't functioning one day. My son has been to 2 other playgrounds and requests going here.

Great park downtown Vero Beach. Local shops to shop at downtown & restaurants. It’s gated and “padded” Park. Safe for children. Sometimes though you’ll see homeless bystanders, but they are outside the park, and I haven’t seen them bother anyone. Highly recommended park!

Lovely playground for all 3 of our kids, plenty of benches to sit at. Very shaded and clean. Restrooms nearby and across the street from restaurants!

Pocahontas Park is a delightful in town public facility. The play area has the rubber ground to minimize injuries of playful youths. There are several shaded spots to sit and plenty of trees. There is also a bathroom facility. Also at the park are 2 tennis courts that were converted and resurfaced into 8 pickle ball courts. Shuffle board also exists as well as a historic citrus building called the Heritage Center. You can park there and walk the whole scenic and historic “Main Street” 14th ave.
