Jessica Hill· a month agoI contacted Lori, the Yards coordinator, to inquire about hosting my sister’s baby shower at the Yards and I’m SO glad I did. First off, Lori was incredible to work with. She was so collaborative in the planning and answered 172839939 of my questions! Secondly, because Lori and I planned out the table landscape, when we showed up day of, everything was perfectly placed and ready to go. Lori was out the day of our event so her partner, Caroline, stepped in. Caroline and her team were amazing!!! They were helping us unload our cars, setting up our “Mom-osa” station and constantly cleaning to make sure our event looked perfect. The day could not have gone any better and I have Lori and Caroline and their team at The Yards to thank for that. I will absolutely have another event here!

The atmosphere was welcoming, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. It created the perfect environment to connect, celebrate, and show appreciation to our trade partners. Thank you to Caroline and her team for helping us host such a successful event!

The level of support and professionalism by The Yards Team was not just impressive but completely 1st Class! The venue itself was transformed beautifully into the perfect wedding scene. Lori was hands on and made sure the team had everything they needed. From the team setting up, the bartenders and all that were involved. They all made the day perfect. Thank you
Heather· 8 months agoI recently hosted two events at The Yards: a dinner and party for approx. 300 guests and a small pickleball tournament - both as part of our conference nearby at the Sawgrass Marriott. The dinner and party could not have been better! Plenty of room, incredible weather, lots of activities for our guests - no one wanted to leave at the end of the night! Our pickleball tournament went very well, too - thanks to Secret, the staff member who organized us :). Caroline and the rest of the staff at The Yards were all professional and friendly. The facility was clean and inviting. All of the vendors we worked with were suggested to us by Caroline, and they were all great. I highly recommend hosting an event at The Yards!

We used the outdoor space for about 50 people and Caroline recommended our party planner (Heather Hagin) and our caterer (Southern Slice) -- both were excellent. We also hired The Good Souls for our band and they were amazing. Caroline and the bar staff she provided were wonderful to work with and the whole process was easy and even fun. Highly recommend the Yards for event space!
