Joe Vaquera· 7 months agoBasketball, pickeleball, racquetball, playground, and large multi-use fields for football, soccer, etc. Great skate park/bike park, too. They do have designated time for younger skaters, too. $5 per session for residents, $6 non Jupiter residents. There is a 9 foot drop in bowl. Roller hockey rink, tennis courts. Lights for all courts(maybe not for skate park). Restrooms and water fountains on site
lynn asher· 4 months agoVery clicky and not all that receptive to players who are not good players. Paddle system is not always smoothly enforced, and those that wanna play with their group just wanna play with their group only so you can be left on the side waiting for people to play with you.
Janice S· 2 years agoJupiter Jubilee was outstanding! Lots of great opportunities for family fun. Our favorite was the canine demo. Thank you!
L G· a year agoI work at the university. I am a chef for the MLB players who come for spring training. We come here for spring training - just like the team. My girlfriend dropped me off at work and since we only work in Jupiter for a couple months before heading back to Miami we brought our rv. We plug it in at the state park for a fee. So, my gf drops me off at work. Even though we don't need it, we got permission to park the RV at the back of the lot in the public park during the day. I work from 6am until 1 or 2 pm. So, the community park and lot are empty. My gf has had 4 heart attacks in the last year so, it was our hope the calm, quiet would be good for her. We have parked here 3 times in the whole season. Parking on campus is impossible and the state parks we plug the RV in at are miles away. So, we hoped my gf could heal her heart and read books while she waited for me to get off work. At the park, bothering nobody. *** Well, yesterday when I brought lunch to the RV - my sick gf had the door open because the park sent the police to our rv. It's a public park. We do not commit crimes. We parked. At the park. We were told we aren't welcome there. We aren't allowed "to live in the park" and we were trespassed off public property. If you like harassment or want to call an ambulance for another heart attack - this place is great. If you'd like to be singled out and told you're not welcome to use the public parks like everyone else - this is the place. You may leave being told you're the only people not allowed in the public park. Have a great baseball season everyone.
Bobby Bench· 2 years agoWhat a great public park that is so restricted that it might as well be private. Every time I have tried to use this field I have been confronted by a ranger with an arbitrary rule. You can't play any sport the field is not designed for, even the most delicate game of wiffle ball. You can't set up cones or temporary markers because that implies organized activities. You can't have more than X amount of people playing at the same time, which has been a different number each incident, so good luck getting friends together. Just have a sign that says "KEEP OFF GRASS" to save the trouble of running everyone off
