Pelicans Roost has a very nice family vibe and a low key atmosphere. Visited in the off season ( late August) and was very happy with the privacy. The condos are packed with what you need. Since all are individually owned I can only speak for 301 which had everything we needed, even a cooler for the beach. The pool is awesome and despite there being a very large gulf to swim in we used the pool every time we went in the oven. We had 8 people in the condo and there was plenty of room and privacy. Plenty of wild life on site. Dolphins swam through every night around 7. One time about 15’ from shore and stayed to play.

This condominium complex on Sanibel island is beautiful. The people were all friendly and the accommodations were great! We spent an entire week here and were never bored. The pool, tennis courts, and sandy beaches kept us going all week. It has direct access to the Main Street of Sanibel and was easily bike able. I would highly recommend this location for visitors and people looking for there next beach residence.

We have stayed here a number of times. We like the units on the 3rd floor for the view. All 21 units face the gulf and the views are great. Some of the best shelling is right in front of you.

Great place to stay with easy beach access! Captured this picture in the parking lot. Beautiful location.

The condo's location is perfect. Directly on the beach with a short walk to the surf. The two bedroom condos are spotlessly clean and have great views. Shelling was great. Sunrises were spectacular. On the flip side, the entire facility needs an update and some TLC. We enjoyed our visit, and would most likely return. However, I hope the owners do something to improve the facilities.
