Juliet Cambell· 4 months agoI recently spent an afternoon at Okeeheelee Park in West Palm Beach, and it was a really pleasant escape. The park is quite spacious, with plenty of walking trails, open fields, and spots to just relax. I enjoyed strolling around the lake and watching the wildlife—lots of birds and even a few turtles. The picnic areas were convenient, and it felt easy to find a quiet spot away from the more active areas. Overall, it’s a nice place to unwind, get some fresh air, and enjoy nature without leaving the city.
Ethan Collins· a month agoOkeeheelee Park is one of the best parks in Palm Beach County with something for everyone. The park is massive, very clean, and well maintained with miles of walking and biking trails, beautiful lake views, picnic areas, playgrounds, and plenty of open space to relax. I especially enjoyed the peaceful nature areas and all the wildlife you can spot along the trails. There are so many activities here including kayaking, golf, disc golf, pickleball, dog parks, water sports, and even obstacle courses. Parking was easy and there were plenty of shaded spots throughout the park. It’s a great place for families, exercise, or just getting outside for some fresh air. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the West Palm Beach area.
Jason Rogers· 4 months agoProbably one of the best parks I’ve been to in any state so far. Huge acreage has everything you would want in a park, beautiful views miles of walking paths. they have sports fields. They have obstacles in the lake. This place is amazing..
KRYSTSINA FIODARAVA· 3 months agoSuch a great spot in our area to spend a full day with kids - especially when the weather is nice ☀️ This year they added a new ropes course (you’re clipped in and can climb through different levels). I don’t think it was there last year, and the kids absolutely loved it. They also have an inflatable water park, which is perfect for hot days. Kids can stay there for hours - honestly a lifesaver for parents 😄 Overall, it’s a great place to spend time outdoors with family. The only thing I wish they had is a proper food court. There’s a small snack stand, but the options are very limited - mostly chips and ice cream. It would be amazing if they added more food options, since it’s definitely a place where you can spend the whole day.
Özden Onaran· 6 months agoThis is a fantastic park where you can have a wonderful time from morning till evening, with a wide variety of activities. We, as a family, love being here. You can ski, walk your dog freely or leave it in the designated dog park area, fish, play golf, ride a bicycle, scooter, etc. Or, like me, you can bring your coffee and a book and spend some quality time with yourself.
